The KinderDance with Me curriculum offers age appropriate exposure to developmental milestones through dance and sensory-motor activities whilst nurturing the bond between caregiver and child. Caregivers participate and learn to facilitate the natural exploration and progression of motor development through play, laying the groundwork for academic success as the child grows.
The Preparatory and Primary Tap classes develop rhythm, musicality and coordination with the use of special tap shoes – low heeled shoes with metal plates that are used to make sound and rhythms while dancing.
Hip Hop is a lively and action packed class where your child will learn all the funkiest moves to upbeat music. It incorporates break dancing and movement to ensure your child remains active throughout. It’s a great class to improve your child’s stamina, rhythm and co-ordination.
Kinder Tots is an introduction class to our Kinder Dance and Kinder Gym programme. It is designed to develop gross motor skills, movement creativity, tumbling, physical development, body and social awareness while learning colours, numbers, shapes and songs.
In this program the students will be learning a floor based class. They will experience learning tricks, floor work, strengthening exercises, improving coordination and stability, flexibility training and a cardio warm up.
This all-encompassing class combines dance, drama, and song. A fusion of all modern music and dance styles, Musical Theatre takes you to inspirational heights. Perfect for children who love to perform and equally as perfect for those children who need to gain a bit more confidence.
Kinder Gym is a developmental floor Gymnastics and Fitness program with emphasis on social and gross motor development, co-ordination, physical and movement education with the use of props, whilst learning numbers, colours, shapes and words.
Street Jazz is a popular, fun and energetic yet disciplined class. Throughout the class a variety of different music styles, rhythms and beats will be used. The class will consist of warm ups, Stretching, Technique work, Conditioning/Strength training, and of course dancing.
